Your initial consultation will last 60-90mins. Within this time a detailed history will be taken, relevant tests will be performed, and the findings will be discussed along with a proposed treatment plan and an adjustment session (if deemed appropriate). If at any point it is discovered that medical intervention is required then we may refer you to your GP before any treatment can take place.

Follow up adjustment sessions are around 30mins. Double sessions are available for those wishing to address more than one condition or if extra soft tissue work, taping, dry needling (acupuncture) or ultrasound is required to supplement your chiropractic adjustments.

Payment Terms

For a first appointment, payment via bank transfer is required in advance to secure the booking. Subsequent appointments can be paid for by all major credit or debit cards, cash or bank transfer, and is to be made at the time of your treatment, unless you have a previously agreed insurance plan in place (see below).

Insurance and Health Plans

If you are seeking to claim your treatment costs back from your insurance provider, then the 'pay-as-you-go fees' apply and we will provide you with a receipt for any treatments you receive. If your policy does not require you to pay, and instead requires us to invoice your insurance provider directly, then a separate fee structure is in operation (available upon application). Please check your policy cover BEFORE you receive any treatments as it is YOUR responsibility to ensure that you have adequate cover in place.

We understand that sometimes changing or cancelling an appointment due to work or family commitments may be unavoidable. If this happens, we ask that you give a minimum of 24hrs notice. No-shows and appointments cancelled/postponed with less than 24hrs notice will be charged in full (with exceptions for illness and emergency at our discretion).
